Shipping – Delivery of Orders (Products)

ilektrolisi.gr can serve customers all over Greece. Shipping costs vary by item type, size and weight. We have formulated our policy regarding the shipment of goods as fairly as possible. Your orders are shipped by Elta Courier throughout Greece for small volume or weight parcels and by transport companies for heavy or bulky ones. The charges are as follows:

ELTA COURIER: The shipping costs are 4.10 euros for a parcel up to 3 kg. From 3 kg onwards, the charge is made in communication with the store. Cash on delivery is charged with an additional 2.5 euros.

The above charges do not apply in the case of inaccessible area. Hard-to-reach areas are defined by ELTA Courier and not by our company.

In the event that your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc.) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order. If we encounter a problem (such as a lack of product from our suppliers, etc.) in the delivery of the order, one of our representatives will contact you to find the best possible solution. All orders placed before 18:00 start processing by us on the next working day.

Orders are shipped within 1 – 3 business days (depending on product availability). (Weekends are not considered business days). If any of the products you have selected are not available, then your order will be fulfilled as soon as we have collected all the products. Unless a partial shipment is requested from you, which will modify the shipping charges based on the total shipment.
For heavy items it is advisable to send with a transport agency. The charge in this case varies depending on the destination and the size of the parcels. If you choose this shipping method, we will contact you before the execution of the order to inform you of the amount of your charge .Here NOT cash on delivery applies.
